Kalshi Sees Massive Surge in Web Traffic and Trading Volume
Kalshi has seen rapid growth, with US web traffic jumping over 1,500% year-over-year and monthly trading volume hitting approximately $40 billion.
Prediction market platform Kalshi has registered substantial expansion over the past year. According to Similarweb metrics, the platform logged 15.4 million web visits from United States users in July 2026, representing an increase of around 1,520% from fewer than 1 million visits in August 2025.
Domestic users accounted for the vast majority of engagement, making up nearly 80% of the platform's overall traffic compared to 72.8% in the previous year.
Trading activity on the platform also expanded rapidly. Kalshi's monthly trading volume reached approximately $40 billion in August 2026, representing a jump of roughly 4,500% compared to $874 million during the same period a year prior.
As participation across interactive financial and prediction platforms continues to climb, securing trading profits through self-custody hardware wallets remains a key step in protecting personal digital assets.
